Infor EPM
Enterprise performance management brings ERP data together for financial steering: planning and budgeting, group consolidation, reporting and analytics on one platform. I have worked on the modelling layer of this suite for 27 years — from an internal project to a building block of the corporate suite.
One product line, three company names: what started at MIS AG became Systems Union and then Infor — and I grew with it, from software engineer to most senior developer with design and architecture responsibility, leading Scrum teams of up to 15 developers.

Business modelling
Graphical modelling of OLAP cubes and relational database schemas — integrated into the EPM suite as a plugin module; architecture and design responsibility.

A custom modelling language
Parser and runtime for a domain-specific language built with ANTLR4 and Roslyn; design of the EPM OLAP API.

Group consolidation
Business modelling of PM Consolidation and architecture responsibility for its successor EPM Consolidation: multiple legal entities, elimination postings, consolidated financial statements.

Budgeting & planning
Driver-based budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses; BI and ETL processes for multidimensional data models.

Modernisation
Porting the code base from .NET Framework 4.6 to .NET 10 — 79 projects, around 640,000 lines of C#; domain-driven design, CQRS, and plugin architecture as the way out of legacy.

Responsibility
Design and architecture decisions, project leadership, a test strategy with a 38% test-code share, mentoring junior developers, manager on duty.
